Agreement
By accessing or using Billable's services (including app.mybillable.co.za), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account. Trials and renewals are described in your subscription settings. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and for any taxes applicable to your use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Billable to violate law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billable and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (where permitted by law).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts in South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
